Alarm Idenitification for Morningstar TS-M-2 Tristar MPPT 60

Second morning with my new Tristar MPPT 60 and I have an Alarm showing on the TS-M-2 meter. Under Diagnostics, I find the Alarm designated as "21". The meter map only provides verbal description of Alarms and I cannot find any information anywhere to correlate an alarm number to a specific problem. Anybody know where to find this info?

Alarm 21 is Load HVD.

Thanks Amy, my controller came with a meter map but only verbal descriptions. I also downlaoded their Tristar MPPT meter map and it was the same as the one I got. This one is for a sunsaver but maybe the alarm codes are the same? Anyway, this one shows an error code of 21 but mine specifically said Alarm is 21 and this meter map only shows alarms up to 18.
