    Mike - Please re-read the title of the thread! "Just went SCE TOU-D-T"

    [QUOTE=Mike90250;27273]BULL. S&#@ !

    The point of this thread was to determine whether or not the customer can obtain TOU-D-T information from the meter.

    The answer is definitively "NO".

    Of course you can see the accumulation of kWh's for the given meter. Every meter works that way whether or not it is a TOU-D-T plan or not. The TOU-D-T meter is not designed for the customer to read and determine his kWh usage based on Peak or Off-Peak. The meter logs those details and provides them to SCE who in turn sends a monthly statement to the homeowner of the exact details of their TOU usage.

    I encourage you to contact SCE and receive the same response.

      Forgot to mention...

      The smart meters are designed to communicate with SCE on a daily basis. That said, you can also access detailed usage (On-Peak & Off Peak) by logging in to your SCE account online.

          Not necessarily, we have had our SmartConnect meter for months and are still not able to see detailed usage information. According to SCE out "neighborhood network" is not set up and they could not tell me when it will be available. We are in Goleta CA, just north of Santa Barbara. Very frustrating.
