Only tweak you might consider if budget is not a great concern is buy a Grid Tied panel which is less expensive than a battery panel, and use a 15 amp MPPT controller. Just take note if you use a PWM controller, you must use a 12 volt battery panel. With MPPT you can use either GT or Battery panel.
The real difference is efficiency. With a 100 watt battery panel using a PWM controller, at best you get 66 watts to the battery. With MPPT you get around 95 to 98 watts. In addition a 15 amp MPPT you can expand up to 200 watts if needed. Only down side is a good 15 amp MPPT will cost you around $200, but if using 200 watt GT panels total cost is less than 300 watt PWM system to be equal to a 200 watt MPPT.

Yes, Sunking is guru... I'm glad he chimed in.
Based on his suggestion, I'd say the Renogy 100W from Amazon is the best buy for us out here in the middle of the Pacific.
I have a local-lead to a 10a CC that is brought in from Japan, very robust unit... I've used a few of them.
and Bud Industries Steel Enclosure.
As for the 65ah Battery, go with Sears AGM Platinum, size 34... best value on Oahu with 36 month Warranty.
Battery Bills only offers 12month warranty.
I know a guy by the airport who can fabricate a StainlessSteel Assembly for you at a fair price... I had him weld a post topper for me.
