building code paperwork for Polk county Florida

my first time at posting on here so please be patient with me!!

I am going to be installing my own pv system in the spring and I was hoping someone could help with what paperwork I need to sort with regards application for permission etc

any help would be most welcome

You're going grid tie? Have you called Bartow (Polk County Building Division permits), told the what you want to do and asked what permits are needed? You will need plans, have them reviewed and approved, pay fees before starting actual work.
