Okay so speaking watts with 870 watts from panels how long approximately would it take to recharge the 1500 watts used?

If the batteries could take the full power output of the panels (minus losses in the CC) for the whole charging process, about two hours. But that full output is under ideal conditions, not likely to be met in the field.
And if you use a three-stage charger, and FLA batteries, you will probably end up spending more like 3-4 hours getting up to about 95% charge again.
