How to divert solar power across a 3 phase?

Is there a way to divert surplus power from one building on one phase to another building on another phase?

A transformer will tend to balance the power in all three phases. Not as well as a single phase transformer will, but will still give you some balancing.

Can anyone advise please?
I have three buildings (one my THATCHED house), the other two large roofed and well orientated and ideal for solar panels.
Each building has one phase going to it from our 3 phase electricity supply.
I want to solar panel the two non-thatched buildings.
Is there a way to divert surplus power from one building on one phase to another building on another phase?
