  • Tips for cable management with charge controllers?

Methods or folds that allow for proper cable management without using zip ties and just fame clips?

    Thanks

You can use black, UV rated cable ties out of direct sunlight, or even get SS metal ties. folding cable is prohibited.
Bends can only be 2x the di of the cable, or the insulation can be damaged from distortion. If a wire is 0.1" di, the min recommended bend radius is 0.2", at least according to my spacecraft handbook.

Thanks for the response. I'm trying to avoid zip ties generally but found them to be the most expedient way out of the situation. I have another 8 panels or so to install tomorrow and will work on wrapping differently and just clipping to top and side edge of frame.
