    If I understand, the ground slopes down from east to west. So don't try to level the bottom of your panels, just slope them
    as much: the sun doesn't care. One of my arrays has a 6' height difference from end to end. It just follows the slope of the
    ground, but I used a laser to make it perfectly straight. When you measure its angle to the sun, use a protractor that is held
    vertical by a level, NOT along the edge of the panel. Bruce Roe
