Sun power spr 6500 inverter trying to set in up and turn it on

having problems turning on my inverter it won't let me select grid type ? The instructions are straight forward but it's not working as instructions say it should . Instruction say to go to setup and use arrows up and down to pick grid type ! But when it says set up on screen there's no arrow . It's factory set for 208 and I need 240 . Anyone fermiller with this inverter

Since Sunpower only sells through dealers and since Sunpower is alleged to be such great stuff, if it's still within warranty (probably 10 years if located in N. America), I'd call the installer.
