Partial DIY install question in SE Pennsylvania (PECO)

Hello Everyone, I am a PECO customer and was hoping to learn from your experiences of getting the interconnection agreement and finding an electrician who has some experience with PECO & solar. I live in zip code 19067. Thank you all for any help. Best MLC
