Ground mount solar away minimum distance from residence

There are several posts about long distances between to solar array and the residence. Besides avoiding shading from the residence itself, is there a minimum distance between the array and the residence?

Minimum distance from ground mounted array to the residence

There are threads about the maximum distance between an array and a residence. If the array does not get shaded by the residence what is considered the minimum distance?

There is no minimum.
Too far away and you get into voltage drop issues.
In most cases ( grid tie string inverter) going up to about 150' doesn't add much other than longer wires and more trenching.

As long as there is no shading, there is absolutely no minimum distance. Except for aesthetic reasons or access safety.

The only minimum distance I can think of would be not less than ??? feet from a water feature (fountain) or swimming area like a pool.

Strike that 10 ft distance. Could not find any specific value in the NEC article 690.

I certainly would make sure non authorized people could not get to any of the energized wiring or terminals
