Yes you can with most likely a major lifestyle change ( not going up for sure) and acceptance of the fact that you will be living just one tiny step above the average Haitian with an initial cost of about 20-30 times the per capita income of the average Haitian. Solar energy by itself however will not feed you directly cloth you or perform any of the myriad other functions of daily activity.
