I want to design an off-grid 300KWp solar PV plant for a complex. Could anyone help me or hint me about it?

You will need a transmission line to feed the power to. The line has to be able to handle the extra capacity you would be supplying.
You will need a full time, on site, electrical supply engineer for a project of this scale.
You will need acres of land, huge amounts of funds, several year commitments from reliable suppliers. Monitor systems and repair crews. So much stuff, it's way over my head.
