Planning a rooftop 5.6K system in RPV, Southern California.

My name is Rudy and I am planning a 5.6K fixed rooftop system (roof is 18.4 degree tilt and array azimuth heading of 203 degrees, 23 degrees off true south, black composition shingle) consisting of 20 280 watt panels in two 10 panel arrays. From my research I think I want to use a SolarEdge inverter , probably SE6000 better heat dissapation and may want to add a few panels down the road. Only real question that I haven't been able to find much info on is how much efficiency loss there is because of additional heat buildup using mono crystalline panels with black on black with black frames. Also what is the best "reasonable" height above the roof to keep roof/attic temp from hurting panel efficiency. Thanks if you have some info or a website I can look at. Thanks, Rudy.
