Hi - did you ever figure out what was going on with your setup?
I have a similar thing as below:
I have a small solar setup that consisted of just 1 x 135w panel until recently. I added a 155w panel (connected in parallel) and an upgraded PWM controller (30 amp).
At first, all appeared to be working correctly then I noticed that the controller was showing as expected wattage/voltage but then would slowly reduce almost down to zero, and then go back up to normal again!
I disconnected each panel in turn and found that it was occurring only when the original 135w panel was connected (even on its own).
