    Customer service non-existent

    I tried both email and phoning this company to get information with poor results. One day, their phone didn't answer at 2pm on the east coast for a half hour on a non-holiday. The information on their website said "call and speak with one of our battery experts." I left a detailed message with someone with a question about information shown for a battery on the website that appeared to be in conflict with the manufacturer's data. No call back from the "battery expert". I sent a couple of email inquiries with no reply. I spoke with someone about LG solar panels advertised, and was told they had none in stock and didn't know if they would. I wouldn't try contacting this company again if it was the only one selling solar equipment.
