Solar regulator/charger thats can hook up to pc

hey guys, i was wondering what would be a good solar regulator, brand, model, that i could hook up to a pc or if possibly just a screen to monitor

watts amp volts
battery capacity

power use and power gained

if possible something that can tell me by voice all of the above..

The Classic, by Midnight, has voice output. http://www.midnitesolar.com/ It can also tell you the amount of power it's processing, but a battery monitor like the Trimetric Battery Monitor System can be programmed to know the battery capacity, and actually measure the input and output. But I belive it's only a visual read, not computer.
