Very well could be. If that is the case try this experiment. Measure the voltage simultaneously at the battery terminals and the load device input at full power. If you see say 12.6 volts at the batteries, and say something like 11 volts at the load device means there is too much resistance in the path. That resistance can be many things most notable too small of wire for the distance or poor connections. If the battery voltage collapses it is the battery.MSEE, PEComment
