Solar Panel Output Halved

I currently have 6 240w Canadian Solar Panels going into a 6 string Amazon combiner box. When checked individually each one give me roughly 190- 200 watts however the output on the combiner box is never more then 500watts. Each breaker in the combiner box is giving me the same wattage however when more than 3 breakers are on there is no change to the output. The charge controller is an EPEVER Tracer AN 100A and we have 3 200 AH 12v Redodo LifePO4 batteries that won’t charge.
