Hello harryh and welcome to Solar Panel Talk

The amount of panels really depends on the size of your battery. Your battery Ah is sized by determining the amount of daily watt hour usage x 5 / battery voltage.

So how long do you plan on running those 3 x 700w lights a day?

With a 50.5kWh load (3 x 700w x 24hr = 50400wh) you are looking at a huge battery and solar array. You are probably looking at a 48V 4200Ah battery and about 20kW of panel wattage. I would suggest you look into some other way to power that load.

I am working on a solar garden that might help. I think I will call it "greenhouse"
