If I have 3 - 100 watt panels and cc, invertor, etc mounted on wood picnic table with rubber wheels for pond aeration should the panels be grounded?...... If so it will kind of kill the mobility and I will then have to have a permanently mounted pole structure in concrete which I want to avoid if possible.
The way the trees are situated around my pond I would like to experiment within 50 feet or so of the best location especially for summer months.
