Hello!
I am am new to this forum but I'm hoping that it will provide me with a great source of knowledge.
We recently purchased a remote cottage. There is a very basic solar set up which contains two panels, a controller and two 6v batteries. The system worked great for the past few months but now it's stopped working. I did some troubleshooting and discovered that the batteries were no longer holding a charge. I went to a local shop and purchased two new Rolls 6v batteries. I hooked them back up and everything seems to be working. We only use the system for a few lights and to charge our phones.
Heres my question- the controlled is a Steca Jota. There are four screens that appear: IM, SOC, IL and BAT.
Can someone please explain what these stand for? Also, how man I tell when the batteries are actually being charged?
Thank you for your help and sorry for the basic question!
