A cheap way to do it in this situation?

So... I've been for this kinda thing for a long time now. But now I'm thinking of building a really small off the grid house for myself out of free materials. If course I would need to buy some stuff if I want to build it before winter, and if I want light, stove, etc. Which I do.

In the end I should have around 300eu left. So what are my cheapest options (I'm in Europe) for a panel that would power a computer?

It depends largely where in Europe . South of Spain or Italy will have lots of sun , north of Sweden or Norway you will be lucky to have 2 hrs of sun in the summer.
