Ok guys, I'm only building my portable solar panel for lights and maybe for a medium fan cooler in case if it gets too hot during the day.

I got my Midnite solar kid charge controller. If I'm building this do I still need to get a Midnite Solar Photovoltaic Combiner ?

You can wire those panels in series(plus of 1 to minus of other), so you will only have 1 string going into the charge controller. No combiner box needed.
