It should but I would be a lot more comfortable if I could see the Voc and Vmp specs.

Hard to tell if that panel will really get you the 7.5 - 9 volt output it claims. Although at that price maybe getting a couple and testing them out first to see how they work wouldn't break the bank.

Remember that you will need to align the box with the solar panel due South and at some angle to get the most out of the noon day sun.

Shade of course would definitely hurt the charging performance.
