NiFe cell balancer

Hello, looking for some guidance on finding a passive or active balancer for a bank of 10 NiFe cells

I've got the skills to make the PCB and sourcing the chips, but was wondering if something has already been made for this?

No need, unless you have a sick cell. Simply run a couple long absorb cycles and after each one, insure the water levels are OK.
If after a couple cycles, you still have a low cell, you are going to have to replace it's fluid, which should be done every 8-10 years.
Nothing gets consumed in a NiFe cell over the years, only the electrolyte gets poisoned from atmospheric Co2.

OK, that's good to know. Hopefully my adapters are secure enough to maintain a stable atmosphere that should reduce the poisoning...

NiFe cells are remarkably robust, just not maintenance free. In particular they are not damaged by deep discharge or prolonged overcharge, which removes most of the need for a BMS.
