    Elite GBS batteries, 5 100ah batteries (12v). Is it 5p4s or 4s5p?

I sure hope you are not talking about Elite GBS LFP batteries. You are going to be sorry if you are using them. 4S5P

Unless I am seriously misunderstanding, 4s5p is 5 strings paralleled. Each string made up of 4 batteries in series. That would require 20 batteries.

if you are asking about a configuration using just 5 batteries the it would be either 5p or 5s.

I would be looking at the viability of 5 parallel batteries. I know that it is a bad idea with FLA but I am unfamiliar with Elite GBS batteries. I am sure someone here can speak to that.

Yes.. there are 20 cells. Just wasn't sure for the correct way of showing it on paper (forum).

Correct 20 cells. They are LFP 3.2 volt 100 ah cells.
