    17S Lifepo4 3.2v Cell Management options?

    Hi,

I am looking for Cell Management options for 17S 100Ah Bank.

The purpose is to Evaluate Management for different cell sizes.
    3.2v Lifepo4 35, 50, and 100Ah cells.
Each option has been evaluated with pro's and con's.
    That's 51, 34 or 17 cells required for the 100Ah Bank.

    Charged @ .5C
The Management Capacities required are 18, 25 and 50Ah charge per cell respectively.

So from a hypothetical 3x3 150VOC 50A Solar Array and Charger with adjustable voltage.
    Charge Controller PSOC Settings:
    60v Bank Max / 17 cells = 3.5v
    40v Bank Min /17 cells = Adjustable 2.5v - 2.8v

I am considering what it would cost in time and money to build something like MIMIC Module Clampers:

Given the low cost of electronics, there should be some good pre-built PCB options?

System needs to be maintenance free after initial Charge and balance with install.
The Cells need to be balanced between knee's for PSOC operation.
HVD, or in particular LVD N/O relay, could be fail safe?
Looking for open PCB options available on Ebay or Alibaba to look at.

What are the per Cell add on options for Management.
Looking for links to Multi or Single Cell systems available online to get ideas.
If you have experience with products and features.

    Gazza.

Good luck since 16S in LFP is the standard. That will force you to buy up to the next standard size or build your own. The chips made use 4 channels.

I see that some BMS do not need all channels connected to operate.
The question is what PCB products can be connected for a solution.

Plenty of repeated numbers and values in the forum, and the odd chirp from people flogging the use of particular products.
No one seems to have any interest or knowledge of Pre-Built PCB for DIY Cell Management here.

Will investigate a few PCB's, and direct questions to DIY electronics forum.

        Cheers
