Luxpower + Generator

I have a Luxpower SNA US 6000, I hooked a generator to charge my Xterra batteries but the gen won't change them.
My gen is a Honda EU7500. Connected to the Gen port in the lux.

The settings are

Max gen power: default. Around 7300 i don't remember
Start voltage 49
End voltage 56

The batteries were at 51, but my gen is manual so I turned it up and no power to the batteries

Have anyone experienced this? Also my system is off grid

I assume that your batteries are wired together in a bank. Do they share a common bus bar? You need to monitor the voltage of the bus bar manually with a voltmeter.

Yes, there wired together. From the PV the charge all good, never failed me.
The only issue comes when trying to charge them with the batteries.

I did some research, haven't applied yet, but maybe I set my Max Power wrong? My gen is the Honda 7K, nominal power of 5500 W. I'm thinking there's the mistake but seems odd to me as the 7000 is the maximum Power for the gen, I would think the Max Power in the inverter would be the same

They're 51.2 V measured, and showing 51 V on the Inverter's display

For your system, is 51volts a proper charge?

My battery bank is rated at 48vdc. A 51volt charge is kind of low.

At 51 V is not fully charge. The whole bank is rated also at 48 V.

The system is off grid, that's why we decided to add a gen to charge the batteries, also not really sunny days lately.

We set the Start and End Voltage at 49 and 54

I am focusing on the voltage being sent to the batteries to force them to charge, not the static level of the batteries.

To get a charge happening the voltage must be high enough to force electrons into the batteries.
