    200 Wp with 450Ah

Suppose I install 200Wp panel, chargecontroller and before I connect all to the batterybank 12v i charge the bank full with an ac-charger. Then i intend to draw daily only approx 700-800Wh.

Is the 200Wp panel able to charge a 450Ah batterybank full each day or is the capacity of the panel to small that it wont be able to charge the 800Wh.

Short answer on panel wattage being 200 is no.

A 450Ah battery requires at least 38 amps or more of charging. With an MPPT CC you would need about 500 watts to generate that much charging amps.

      No next question.

It will require a 500 to 600 watt panel.

So this guy with his 400+ Ah and 185Wp panel can not charge what he uses daily

Sure he can but don't expect those batteries to last long with only 12amps max available to charge them.

Also 4 paralleled wired batteries are doomed for an early grave so that is two strikes against the poster of that video.

Since that video was listed in 2009 I expect he has gone through multiple sets of batteries by now.

If the battery does not receive an adequate amount of amps to bubble/stir the electrolyte, it will not have a full life.
AGM will not have that restriction, but the cells cost 2x as much, and have shorter lifetime anyway.

You posted a video of a guy who is using 15 watt amorphous panels to charge his "deep cycle" marine batteries - which are standing without protection on his carpet. His AC distribution system is apparently "run extension cords all over the house."

It is very safe to say that this guy hasn't been doing this for very long, and it would not surprise me to discover that his batteries had gone dead in a week. (Indeed that's probably a pretty good outcome for him compared to the alternatives.)

Cheese and rice, quit watching youtube idiots. If you watch them and take their advice, then you are as stupid as the guy making the video. The internet is the most dangerous technology man has invented.

YouTube videos are like real life.....some are idiots....some are mediocre....some are genius......you just have to know the difference.

If you have been raised to know the difference, then good for you.

And what about those who have not been raised to think and so know the difference ? I think I've met a few of them. Screw them ? Or what ?

In real life, at least until fairly recently, information of a technical nature was vetted/peer reviewed. That the utube stuff of a technical nature or dealing with stuff that can do damage is not vetted/peer reviewed as far as I can tell, and IMO only, is a problem. It's the wild west of information dissemination. The medium allows anyone to say or claim or do just about anything they want without consequence with the result that, using your caveat about knowing (or not knowing) the difference, those who don't know squat will happily, innocently and ignorantly wander into trouble.

Look, I'm a libertarian at heart and don't like regulation much and probably less than most, but nothing is all or nothing. If I have any common sense, and any compassion for the rest of humanity or even enlightened self interest, it tells me that today's morons need some protection, if only from their own slothful stupidity, not better and faster descriptions of unfettered lunacy.

Redneck engineering used to be the stuff of jokes. Now, folks see about the same on utube and take it seriously. WTF ?

Or, I suppose I could look on the bright side and consider utube a tool to improve the gene pool.

Problem is today that pool only has a shallow end.

Reminds me a swimming pool signs I have seen in Lost Wages at the casino/resorts where they divide the adult and kid side of the pools with a rope. Adult side of the pool has a sign: "No Pee Allowed This Side of Rope"

To the degree that anyone takes the sign seriously is some confirmation of the appropriateness of your pool depth comment.
