      Doesn't sound like much for peak shaving, but good for a four hour long time swapping window.
      (peak discharge is limited to the four hour rate)

        Agreed. You'd need seven such installations to equal a single peaker like the Palm Springs Indigo plant. (If they publish costs we can see how they compare, but I have a feeling that the peaker will be cheaper overall.)
