L16 XC US Battery

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the L16 XC us battery? I'm planning on buying 16 of them and wiring two strings of 8 for a 48volt 880amp/hr storage. Just not sure if this is the route to go. Is this bank big enough for an average size home? Thanks in advance

No one can possible answer your question because you have not specified how many watt hours you will need in a day.

Secondly do not use parallel strings unless you have no choice, and you have a choice. If you need 880 Amp Hours cells, buy 880 AH cells

I Purchased 16 US Battery L-16 11 years ago and installed them into my 3000 watt grid tie home system. I used them for stricky backup power. They are just now starting to go bad.
