I am currently living in a camper with 100AH BB at 12v. My 50 watt mono PV not cutting it anymore that winter is here. Found a JA 260 watt 60 cell solar PV for a great price. Can I connect to the PWM CC that I used on my 50watt it was a 15 amp. Or do I have to use a MPPT? Also I read that the 250 watt 60 cell panels will not efficiently charge a 24v BB even with a MPPT. That to really get power in need like a 315 72 cell for a 24v. Is this true.Comment

Takes a minimum 72 cells to charge a 24 volt battery. Your charge will not work worth a darn.MSEE, PEComment

Depending on how you mount that 260W you may end up charging that 100Ah battery too fast. A standard FLA type can go up to ~ 12.5 amps and an AGM should be able to go to ~ 17amps so with a 15amp charger you may be ok.
An MPPT is more efficient and works better when you start to exceed 200 watts of panels.
You can use 2 x 60 cell panels (200W - 260W) wired in series that would get you about 36volts output so your could charge a 24V battery.Comment
