Dow Corning PV-6100 - Not 6010

I've done a couple searches, both on this site and on Google, trying to locate a way to obtain DOW 6100. On this site, most of the posts which mentioned this chemical specifically either called it "6100 6010" or was an old post with outdated links. I personally cannot figure out why the two numbers are frequently put together as I'm led to believe that the 6100 is much faster curing than the 6010. Even the internet searches seem to only find the 6010 (or a 6100 6010 combination title).

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get the DOW PV-6100, for a price that won't bankrupt me, or if someone knew for certain that I was out of luck?

I'm also tried to locate it but it seems like it's completely disappeared from the market. I think because same company "Daw Corning" is now making Sylguard, they phased it out, but it's just a guess... Can someone confirm?
