The encapsulant needs to do 2 things

physically protect the cells and interconnects, with the same rate of thermal expansion, or be flexible enough to allow differential expansion

Water Vapor barrier. few things are "tight" against water vapor. Glass is one, Tedlar is another. most epoxies and silicone sealers are not.

Silicone sealant is a good option for you to do encapsulation of solar panel.

Sorry, you must contribute something of value, before you are allowed to have commercial links in your signature.

Silicone sealant is NOT good for PV panels, as it allows water vapor to pass, and will build up steam & condensation inside.

            Sorry, it is my mistake.
There is a kind of silicone pouring sealant with two components, when they are compounded, it will be solidified. When temperature is higher, the speed of solidification is quicker. By the way, the silicone sealant is usually used to seal gap but not encapsulation. The solidified silicone pouring sealant is softer than epoxy resin, right?

Seems to be the best out there but I can seem to find a source to buy from. Suggestions?
