I recently bought the xxxxxxx DVD for building solar panels, but it used wood for the frames. I've seen an instruction video elsewhere using aluminum but have lost track of it. Can anyone direct me to instructions for building metal frames?

Solar panel frames

I am at the beginning of putting together a solar panel array so I have been gathering information. The following site has panels of differentsizes (with or without glass panes) for sale: http://www.affordablesolarframes.com/. Seems like it would be easy enough to make your own having seen how this fellow does it.

Those videos are somewhat misleading - if you watch a carpenter build a cabinet it looks easy - his skill set and level is far above that of most people.
