    Is lexan glass a good kind of glass for solar panels?

    My opinion, no. it lets water vapor right through, same as plexiglass. Same as 99% of all paints, silicone sealers and epoxies.

      what is the best kind of glass i can use? I am building very large solar panels and need some cheap strong glass so what should i buy?

        People talk a lot about shower door panels.

        Maybe you find the most reasonable size of glass and then set the size of the panel?
