Finding molds, templates, or something to solder strings easier

Ive been looking around for templates they use to solder strings of cells together. Theyre white molds that seem to perfectly lay cells in lines to help make it easier and nicer solders. Any one know where to get them? Make them or have an idea to make is easier? and nicer

You may have to make up your own. I don't know of much of a market for the DIY person, there is so much variation between cell sizes.

I was thinking a board with a straight edge down one side with 1/8" dowls drilled into the board by the outside edges of the cells
Solder them up and a piece of clear packing tape on the back to hold them together till set on whatever you are using for glazing and encapsulant
