  • Five 12V panels wired for 60V. What MPPT to get?

So the reason for the five panels is it will fit on my trailer at some point.

    Can I get a 48v MPPT controller?

    thanks.

    3 questions

    1) what's the Voc spec on the panels ( and the wattage )
    2) how cold does it get where the panels will be installed
    3) what is your battery bank voltage

I have 4 lead 12v batteries and can configure them anyway I need.

I live in Southern IL. So hot summers, cold winters (down to minus 2 at night a few nights of the year) Mostly in the 20s to 40s in the winter.

      thanks.

Any MPPT controller can do 60V of panels (actual voltage is more like 20Voc x 5 = 100V) 150V max input voltage is pretty standard.
BSEE, R11, NABCEP, Chevy BoltEV, >3000kW installed
