without glass and encapsulation i checked solar cells Voc and Open-circuit Current and I got Aprox 13volt and Open-circuit Current april in 7Amp and march in 8.34Amp.

Here temperature is normal 40 to 50 degree Celsius and here solar panel highest efficiency 15% and after 3 year getting solar cell micro cracks and solar cell snail trails.dear my solar panel work in uv 360nm and stable in uv and support full spectrum like 300nm to 1100nm and market based solar panel not support uv if they allow then solar cell will be burn or black spot.eva encapsulation not support uv360nm light.you can check any EVA encapsulation sheet and yellowing after some time but silicone not yellow and life 50 year aprox.

There are bazillions of solar panels using EVA, in the sun for 10+ years and no degradation.

jflorey2 help me that why you invest 500$ for only solar cell and he is saying that in 500$ you can buy full finised solar panel.in short this is not for you.

To find a problem in a DIY PV panel, you go over your schematics, test rows of cells, and follow the directions given in the kit. No kit, no problem. Take a couple electronics classes and learn how solar panels work, and then you will know enough to trouble shoot your own work.

It's impossible for me to instruct you how to trouble shoot your homebuilt PV panel. You have to use electronics theory, and start testing, which is way beyond the scope of what I am able to do, long distance.
