That didnt help. And Im also using Kester SN63PB37
The problem is when I solder the front side. And get it all looking Nice.
I do the backside which totally destroys my solder work in the front of cell

And When I solder the front side of cell at temp setting at 750 Degrees Fahrenheit
And then when I solder the back side at that heat. It then melts the other side of cell and makes my work look like cr@p. The front side melts when I do back side.
Im using just a thin piece of glass.
What do you use to solder on? Do I need a metal plate perhaps to keep cell cool when Soldering.
Any suggestions would help
Also the cells im soldering is Mono
I was soldering my other cells which are mono but they only produce 2.8w, they solder fine But I tried today to solder the higher wattage cells I have and its just melting the other side :\Leave a comment:
