Those LEDs are 18 watts/ meter. So the first question is how long will the strip be and how many hours a day will it run.
The info also states the input voltage is 5VDC so a 12v battery will not work directly. It also mentions a "controller" but not the input voltage it takes or the wattage it is rated for.
You also mentioned having a solar panel. What type and model is it?
Without more info it would be a wild guess to size your system components.
