design a 100w solar power system.i really need help!!

hi everyone. im trying to do some solar power system. but rite now im just testing to make sure every is ok. so below are my equipments that im using for the system:
1. 100 solar panel, Pmax=110W, Vmp=16.9V, Imp=6.5A, Isc= 7.4A, Voc=21.6V
2. charge controller, 12V, 10A
3. Battery , 12V,40AH, 12A
4. inverter, 12Vdc/240Vac, 200W, f=50Hz,

how much are the maximum ac loads and dc loads for this system? and i also want to know what are the main thing that i need to aware when designing a solar power system?
