It's real good to hear from you. I'm glad everything ia all right. I have slowed down on making the solar panels because of the weather right now. I'm thinking of melting metal in a homemade frunice. Nice to hear from you

after nearly a year
Hi friends
Just want to report that my panels have almost a year now since installed.
We had lots of rain this year but as you imagine we don’t have any cold here.
The temperature is between 25 to 30C all year long so there is not too many stress on the ensamble.
Only the very first panel has a frame, all others are just a glass/glass sandwich with silicone sealing.
All I did was inserting an injection needle in the first plain sun to get the air out, than took the needle off, it sealed automatically.
I didn’t invest any cent in racking because I’m right under the equator and no inclination is needed, I only collocated them on a nearly flat aluminum roof without any fixture. We had some month ago an earthquake of 7.1 and they didn’t move for nothing.
Till here everything works great, they never showed up with fog (humidity) inside.
Take in account that our climate is very smooth, a hard winter could give complete other results.Leave a comment:

Hi Jason
Yep, everything fine on my side.
I'm actually building the first Ecuadorian micro distillery making whiskey, rum and some other likkers.
I have most permits done and hopefully for x-mas and NY I will be in the market.
My distillery will work fully on solar energy, beside of gas heat.
When I'm done I'll upload some pics.
Actually I'm building a semi-automatic controll security panel for the stills.
Hope all is fine.
Will be back soon.
