So i built a panel and it got 20 volts and and a little over 4 amps. I put the .093 in (2.1mm) thick polycarbonate on top and when I tested it the volts were still the same but it only got 1 amp. I let the cells sit in my garage for a for weeks before I put the cover on but I don't think that should have hurt anything since I cleaned each cell with a cloth before I put the cover on. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?
