Here are some pics that I promised. 1-9.
01= grid pattern I drew on paper to align my cells.
02=carry glass. Later, I started laying my carry glass over one row of grid and put cells together like that. I found this way was just as good and this way I can take the other carry glass and sandwich the cells, flip them over and test each row as I finish them. Testing each row is essential.
03=Here you see my cells. You will see tile spacers. I nixed that way after I started using the carry glass.
04=Scotch tape was used to tape edges of cells. I did this avoid epoxy from running to bottom side.
05-06-07 = Pics of cells after applying (brushing) on epoxy
08=Good pic of how epoxy bleeds over the cells and seals to glass
09=Cells covered with epoxy. Now ready to complete project.
