A company approach me to conduct a feasibility study (FS) for an MW scale PV plant to be connected to the grid.
I did one before using RETScreen. But the scope of an FS is far beyond the financial analysis only.
I have been searching on the internet for a good guideline (practical, instead of a theoretical/academic purpose) to complete this task. So far nothing found yet.
