Rhode Island Governor signs bill regulating solar installations.

Interesting development; our Governor signed a bill yesterday to protect consumers from the "Door to door Solar" sales outfits that come through the neighborhoods like locusts. It's a good move that should help boost the legitimate installations. As I've mentioned before, I have a neighbor who went the route of the "door knocker" solar, and she had a lot of problems with support for her installation once the contractor closed up shop and moved on.
