Improving Customer Experience in Solar Installations – What’s Working for You?

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been working in the solar installation space and have recently been exploring ways to enhance the customer experience and streamline day-to-day operations.

From my initial research, a few strategies stand out:
    • Field Service Management Tools: Tools that handle scheduling, route optimization, and real-time solar technician updates<AD LINK REMOVED> help minimize delays and keep customers informed every step of the way.
    • Clear & Transparent Communication: Features like automated appointment reminders<AD LINK REMOVED> and live ETA tracking go a long way in building trust with customers.
    • Post-Installation Follow-Ups: Setting up workflows to collect feedback and resolve issues quickly leaves a lasting impression and boosts referrals.
These are just a few things I’ve come across but I’d love to hear from others in the field

Welcome to the forum, georgeolivr. A few days ago I asked you a couple of questions in two other threads, and you never responded. I'll chalk that up to possibly not being familiar with the forum software.

It's great to have you but please don't post advertising links for solar business software, or anything else, like you did on that other forum. No ad URLs or links, in other words. Thanks!
