looks to me like you started what is quite probably a very simple assignment, 4 months ago and now 2 days before its due you have come on the forum to get the answers because you have not bothered do your assignment when you should have,

google this "grid tie battery back up inverter"

So I am just a mechanic and I have helped you find the answer to your wacky question in a matter of minutes when you as an electronics student have had 4 months to do it and not managed.
